Return Procedure
1. Contact Webb Supply Company at info@webbsupplycompany.com to request a returns approval.
2. When approved, Webb Supply Company will email instructions on how to return your item(s). Please include a copy of your original order confirmation receipt/invoice and the returns approval in the return package.
Additional Important Details
1. Your return must be made within 30 days of shipped date.
2. All items must be unused and returned in original packaging and with all documentation and accessories. If any shrink wrap is removed, a refund will not be given.
3. Returned orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be waived for exchange reorders of equal or greater value.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. All refunds will be issued through the same payment method used to place the original order. Please note that your credit card company may not post to your account for an additional 3-5 days after the refund is submitted.
