Warranty

Webb Supply Company warrants that products manufactured by The Company when properly installed, maintained, and used for its intended purpose, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of invoice. The Company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing the part at The Company’s option. The Company shall not be responsible for the removal or reinstallation of product or part, and such product or part must be returned freight prepaid by customer. The liability of The Company under this warranty for any loss or damage to the equipment or to persons or property allegedly caused by the equipment whether based on contract, strict tort liability, negligence, or warranty, shall not in any case exceed cost of correcting defects in the equipment as herein provided and upon the expiration of the warranty period all such liability shall terminate.

Webb Supply Company, Inc. shall, in no event, be liable or responsible for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages resulting from or related in any manner to any product or parts thereof manufactured and sold by The Company. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality whether written, oral, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.
